The Saracens WW1 Project is benefiting enormously from the efforts, enthusiasm and diligence of our volunteer Researchers, who spend countless hours poring through the available online ancestral records and other primary sources, searching for the life-stories of our pre-1914 Saracens Club members.
We would like to give our Research team a public vote of thanks for their commitment to Saracens and to this Project

My links to Saracens go back to Vicarage Road in the late 90s, where I sold raffle tickets for the Club as a weekend job while I was at college.
I am now a Saracens Pioneer working at most home matches in the West Stand.
In the spare time between this and my full time job, I am an amateur genealogist and have compiled at least 4 family trees going back to the late 1700s.
I am particularly interested in discovering military history on an individual level, where records can highlight how personal war can be.
